Bad Customer Service

Paid my deposit to upgrade my existing alarm system more than a month ago. The friendly sales agent told me that someone from the technical team would contact me to make an appointment. Two weeks ago I phoned Chubb, since I had not heard anything. Long story short, I finally ended up finding someone in the technical department and an appointment was made for Tuesday the 15th October at 9 am. Made arrangements to be at home for the day but nobody ever arrived. Phoned Chubb four times on that day, each time a different staff member promises to phone back immediately. Nobody ever did! Finally at 4:30 pm I get hold of the stand in technical manager Bernie, who merely informs me "Sorry I have been in meetings all day. There must have been some misunderstanding." She informs me that the next available appointment is on Thursday and promises to phone me personally on Wednesday to confirm a time since I have to plan to be at the house again. No phone call. This morning the technical team just appear as we are leaving for work. Call to Bernie and she at first insists that we had booked the appointment and then again promises to phone back. Still waiting! Chubb, is this customer service?
