Incident at 8:20 PM on Friday the 3rd of May. The dogs around us were barking and as I was nervous I phoned Chubb. The call to the call centre went along the lines of: Press 1 for an emergency... Please hold. My brother in law arrived so I went outside to find that a neighbour had seen a suspicious man staring at our houses. Not only did I have to wait to get through to an operator but I also had to wait 12 minutes for a response car. Thanks Chubb, I could have been dead by then. The Chubb response driver then told me that he had come from palm ridge. Why no patrol cars in the area Chubb??? We pay for a security service that tonight, when I needed it, I did not get.
