On the 24th of December 2012, I saw that the eye that was installed in November, had come lose from the wall & was now protecting the floor of the dining room.
I contacted Chubb with the problem as they were the people that I hired to do the installation & armed response for us.
Chubb informed me that I had to contact their contractors as they (securewize) had done the installation & had a one year guarantee on their work.
Angry, that the responsibility had been put on me to contact the sub-contractor, whom I did not hire, I tried phoning their offices.
I was unable to get hold of anybody in the offices until the new year.
After numerous phone calls to Securewise to try get a technician, I finally received an e-mail from them on Wednesday asking me 'to do them a favour' and e-mail them requesting a technician. I did this and included all the problems I had in trying to get a technician out.
On Friday I again e-mailed Securewise informing them that as I had still not seen a technician I would be contacting the newspapers, Chubb directly and Hello Peter.
It is now Monday the 28th of Jan 2013; & I still DON'T have a fully working alarm system.
HELP!!!
