I on the 6.08.2013 I logged a call at Technical department. I can't arm or disarm my alarm with my remotes.
I was told that someone will phone me back. I phoned again later that week, same story, I spoke to Margo, Bernie and Spencer. Everytime someone is comming back to me to book a time.
It is now week three and after how many phone calls to Chubb Technical nobody has made an effort.
My system was installed September last year, so I am sure they are waiting for my one year warranty to expire so they can charge me for a call out and the replacement unit!!
And I will not pay fot this!!
