On Wednesday 25 September 2013 I reported the pathetic service from Chubb on your web-site. (Call ref 00042935). A Beauty Ganye responded and said that my complaint will be given to a manager that will attend to the complaint
Today is October 08, 2013 and NOBODY has contacted me as yet!!! What is going on??? The customer service in South Africa is just becoming more and more useless every day. It seems that nobody cares about anything. I don't know what to do anymore to get a reaction out of Chubb.
I really thought that if I report it to hello peter I would get some sort of response but I clearly thought wrong. Can somebody just try and help me so that Chubb can respond to this matter. I unfortunately don't have an account number or customer number to attach to the complaint because I have never received any correspondence from Chubb since my alarm was installed at the end of March 2013. THEY JUST LIKE TO RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT EVERY MONTH FOR AN ALARM THAT IS NOT LINKED TO THEIR CONTROL ROOM!
