No service from technical dept

On Thursday 12 Dec 2013 I tested my alarm system with the control room which told me there is no signal coming through to them, I was put through to the technical dept which told me they will book a technician for Friday 13 2013 at 12h00. The next day at 13h00 I phoned again to ask where the technician was and was told she said she said he wil be at my place from 12 not at 12, she said she will have him call me, he called me and said he will see me later, his name was Emmanuel. I left on holiday on the 15th of December so it was important to me that my alarm was working. I phoned Emmanuel a couple of times during the day and he told me he was on his way, 16h00 I phoned the technical department again and I got a message saying they are closed for the long weekend I should phone again on Tuesday, I phoned Emmanuel again and as I was speaking to him he switched off his phone and that was the last I heard of them. I phoned the control room which said they will put me through to a technician in standby, the phone was just ringing, I let a message and up to today I had no response from anybody from Chubb. I was without an alarm the whole of December while on holiday, BAD SERVICE CHUBB.
