Last month I posted a report on how MIX Telematics up my account and mixed it up with that of my brothers. Valencia Fillies assisted me to sort it out and my brother was refunded the incorrect amount that was debited from his account. This morning I see my debit order for MIX Telematics went off on my account for R278, fine I thought it means it is my normal debit order plus the extra money that was not taken from my account the previous month. But my brother called me shortly afterwards and said, instead of his normal R108 debit order, MIX Telematics now also took R278 from him... So once again MIX Telematics have proven that they do not know what is going on, their admin and billing is in total chaos and they cant even get their billing right.
Please if you read this and are considering installing a Matrix unit, think again. I unfortunately have signed a contract and will need to try to sort this mess out.
