Terrible Service Generally

On 25 November 2013 I informed Chubb that I will be moving house on the 27th of November 2013 and that I wanted my alarm and response service transferred as soon as possible. I moved in to my new home on the 27th of November 2013 and contacted Chubb again as I had no confirmation as yet. I was informed that a technician would be available within 3 days. 3 Days passed and I heard nothing from Chubb. All this while I had no alarm or response services. I then contacted them again, only to be informed that a technician would come out the following week. Eventually oh the 18 December Chubb came and sorted out my alarm system. Today, 03 January 2013 I get an sms from my bank stating that Chubb's full debit Order went off my account., I had no services from them from 27 Nov till 18 Dec. I pick up the phone and give them a call because they will certainly not sort this out on their own. I phone and get through to the sales department after I had asked to be put through to accounts. The gentleman tells me that there is no one that can help me as all the accounts people are on leave. WOW, what a professional "INTERNATIONAL" organization. Can't wait till my contract is finished. GO ADT.
