Still cant load my Pre paid voucher after 8 months. Bought a voucher 12 November 2013, and my service was suspended on 1 December 2013. I did not have a months service. I called the call centre and hold for over 30 minutes. It costs me telephone calls every month, when I complain the supervisor calls me back and tells me I cant read and don't know how to load a voucher, he assists me and it still doesn't work and these people expect me to pay for all of this. I want all my money back for the past 8 months, and I want to be reimbursed R1500 for my telephone calls. Because their incompetence costs me money.
