Poor service

I bought a toptv voucher of R279 on Sunday afternoon, and seeing that I was having difficulties in loading the voucher I contacted the call centre. The person I spoke to asked for my details and I was assisted immediately or so I thought.. It seemed to work for a little while but the next morning it was blocked again. I called the call centre and was told that they somehow didn't add on the voucher pin and that's probably why it got blocked again. They lady I spoke to took down the details and reloaded the voucher and she said try switching it back on in 10minutes. It remained blocked. So I called again and spoke to Martha, whom ..after me making 5 calls to her, then informed me that my voucher might have somehow been duplicated. she asked me fax through my voucher slip-which I did. A manager named Brown called to let me know that he is investigating how the matter. He was going to speak to the other customer who received the same voucher and get back to me. He promised to call me before he left wrk at 11pm on Monday night. I'm its now Tuesday and I'm still waiting.. I think I spent more money calling these people at the call Center than on the actual vouche
