PRE-PAID VOUCHER DOESN'T WORK

I bought a pre-paid voucher from a Spar and tried to load the airtime and it didn't work, I since was told that on my contract you cannot do it this way the operator had to do it for you which we did and bought another one. My husband Peter-John did this. So I had this voucher, which I couldn't use therefore gave it to someone that I work with. Walter uses CELL C and is prepaid and it STILL did not work. I phoned the call centre and the operator was unwilling to solve my issue saying that because the slip didn't have a serial number, he couldn't help me. The voucher was a till slip voucher if there was no serial number only a voucher number. I cannot be held liable for this??? He then said there is nothing he can do and is there anything else he could help with - as if he was going to end the call!!! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there were NONE available, he then put me on hold while "looking for a manager" and I was eventually cut off after 29 minutes!!! I was then put through to a recording to "rate the service"!!! so my cell call didn't disconnect - THE OPERATOR DISCONNECTED ME!!! His name was Bonga. I started the call at 8:41am today.
THIS IS SHOCKING!
