It alls starts as I bought a R 109 toptv prepaid voucher like the ad says you dont have to call the call centre but I had to. So i called in gave the gave consultant the top tv voucher number he put my service back on and I was happy. A week later my service is blocked again. Called the call centre the manager is never available always hiding under the desk get the intellgeny call centre staff who tell u they cant make descisions to call u and say no the voucher was only for a week even though it say 30 days . so I say listen to all the calls properly and then call me if u cant find a solution let me give you one refund my voucher so I can go to dstv cos I am sick of having two years of every month a diffrent querie. So if anybody wants to choose DSTV OR TOPTV CHOOSE DSTV cos I dont know how a prepaid voucher becomes my fault the voucher says 30days its prepaid thats it you guys should know your jobs incompetant thats what i call it but since you robbed my money and did not provide my service I am going to the cnsumer oubudsman.
