I'm not sure what's happening but again this month my voucher could not load and now my channels are blocked. Last month same thing happened I e-mailed them and they called me, it was then rectified. Now my service was blocked before my recharge expiry date which is today, 04/12/2013. I have sent two ei-mails and no response. This is very annoying the reason I still pay TopTv is because I have kids. They are home due to holidays with a topup voucher R279.00 paid for and it is all useless.
