We have TopTv (StarSat) and since StarSat took over from TopTv we are struggeling with them. We never had any problems with TopTv. At the end of October 2013 I got a message stating the channels is blocked (4) I phoned them and they said my account has been suspended due to non payment so I said but I never had this problem before, it was on the 3 November so the guy told me I can recharge with a voucher and if I activate it I can watch for 30 days. Now on the 30the of November I get the same story channels is being blocked but my 30 days is not over. Can't the people in accounts read or do sums? I think they must go back to school or ask their money back. So now I have to phone them every month for because people cannot do their work. What it tells me StarSat 3 days of my money cause I cannot watch any programs. I am not happy cause this is now the 2nd time I'm having this from StarSat.
