Toptv worst has th worst service

My name is Mogendhren Govender, i had bought a toptv recharge voucher on the 15th of Novenber 2013, i had loaded the voucher (voucher Serail number 100195533698) on the day i had bought it, we had restarted the decorder like we normally do however the voucher did not activate i did not bother as i thought my old voucher was still active, however yesterday morning (20.11.2013) i had put my toptv on only to find out that it has been disconnected, upon phoning toptv i can to know that my voucher had been loaded to someone elses account, i had spent R100 in airtime calling toptv who put me through 3 diferent consultants, they informed me that this will be sorted out yesterday however i am still without my service after paying for it and making phone calls to toptv, i will not settle for them just connecting me toptv need to compinsate me as i am constantly having issues with thier service and i am sick of this, for the person who contacts me please call me on 073885581
