Well my mother bought a top tv prepaid voucher on the 15th September but she did not use it, so she gave the voucher to me after the 24th September and I loaded it on to my toptv. Now my top tv is blocked and I haven't even recieved a sms regarding expiry and its not even supposed to be expired yet. Wel so I phone top tv they say the voucher was loaded on the 15th but no one loaded it on the 15th so this just tells me that if you buy a top tv voucher on that they and don't load it that is then the expiry day how can they do that. They even said that they couldn't see that I loaded a prepaid voucher. I am very unhappy of how top tv is operating and it looks to me they don't know how there system works.
