On the 8th l bought airtime which when l tried to load it l couldn't then contacted the call centre and was told that the voucher doesn't exist, was told to wait for an hour which l did and was told that it doesn't exist. What eludes. Is the fact that its their voucher, and today when l bought another voucher l was told that l am blacklisted from loading airtime and its exactly what happened last month, their call centre continously tell me their scripted response and offer no solution, l am sitting with airtime that l can't load. What kind of bull is this? This is the worst rubbish l have ever seen, being blacklisted from loading airtime and buying airtime only to be told that it doesn't ecist.
GOODBYE, can't tolerate this kind of service
