As per your website, the VIP lounge is exclusive for Cine Prestige customers, your website further states "queuing is a thing of the past". This was not the case when I visited the Prestige cinema yesterday. The "VIP" lounge was packed with loads of noisy kids who were buying the popcorn in the lounge! There were so many of them to the extent that all the popcorn got finished. I waited 30 mins just to get served! eventually when my turn came, there was no popcorn. The lady made me wait a further 10 mins while she went to get popcorn from the other kiosk. This resulted in me missing the starting of my movie, despite being there early!! These kids did not even watch a movie in the Cine prestige. When entering the lounge, i was asked to produce my movie ticketSo my question is, why were these kids in the VIP Lounge? Clearly they did not book for cine prestige... yet they were allowed into the lounge. Surely this contravenes the policy of the VIP Lounge? Futhermore, is it prudent to inconvenience your prestige customers, and make them wait, while you prioritise customers who booked for a normal cinema? My experience was terrible, and to pay such a premium amount to wait is unacceptable
