Desperate Need of Customer Service Training

This is now the second time in 5 years where i have gone to Sun city and it has disappointed me to the point where i will no longer go back. This time around at the gate I was greeted by the most rudest attendant where i made the mistake of misinterpreting the website on where children under 3 were free did not realise was only by the valley of waves. She basically told me off and had a stare down with me!! WHO DOES THAT TO A CLIENT?? At the main pool by the valley of waves we ordered drinks by the bar, only to have the bill brought directly to us, without us asking for it with a huff and puff by the waitress and she would not take any more drink orders from us as it was her "lunch" hour. I understand that everyone is entitled to a lunch hour but there are ways and mean of addressing your customers, not by just walking away with a "I'm on a break" attitude. Also very unfriendly staff when i asked for directions or anything. Lack of any managers in sight, even at your restaurants. There is a serious issue going on at Sun City, you need to check yourselves before you wreck yourselves.By the way the bridge was not in working order either not to mention the dilapidated overall look.
