Poor service regarding scheduled time

Good morning,

Your service is very bad. My husband sat at the tourism centre waiting for the bus, and even now, the bus hasn't arrived. It was supposed to leave at 11:55 PM, and he is still there. He is supposed to be at work before 9 AM. He asked for something that he can show to the manager to prove that the bus was delayed, but you are refusing.
