AWAITING RESPONSE SINCE LAST YEAR SEPTEMBER

I tried to load the market matrix survey and unfortunately I am having a problem to load.
I stayed at the Main Hotel on the 28th and 29th September.
My stay was enjoyable but night time came and we got hardly any sleep due to the people in the next room which was very loudly.
My 4 year old daughter had to expose herself to the vulgar language these people were using it went on for more than an hour until the security came to assist.
These people were fighting in the hall way.
My 10 month old baby couldn't sleep with the noise.
We tried to get umbrellas at the Valley of waves and there was nothing.
We ordered drinks at the main hotel pool area which we received 40 min later but they were not busy.
We ordered room service and waited for food for over an hour.

i HAVE RECIEVED A RESPONSE TO SAY THAT THIS WILL BE LOOKED INTO AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE I HAVE ALSO SENT THIS TO SOMEONE ELSE AND STILL AWAITING A RESPONSE.
i LOVE SUNCITY AND AFTER THIS IT IS NOT MY BEST PLACE FOR A GETAWAY.
