On the 7th of July, I sent my teenage daughter to clicks pharmacy kroonstad to purchase nappies and a manual breastpump. She purchased a wrong size of nappies and a wrong brand of breastpump. The following day I sent her to either ask for a refund or get the correct items. To my horror, she was told that a refund nor an exchange will not be granted because another customer's clicks club card was used during the transaction and apparently that same card was needed for the refund to go through. I'm livid because it was the cashier (Bevan) who thought it was wise to swipe another customer's club card. I have a cliks club card but I didn't give it to my daughter because I didn't want to confuse her with too many cards. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, I will never visit that clicks ever again.
