I am writing with regards to the Cansa Lost City Cycle event on the 17th of August. Previously riders was able to take one person with them for free into the valley of waves. We were 4 riders and wanted to take 3 people with us into the Valley of the Waves. This was declined and only riders got free entry. What was supposed to be an exiting family event turned out as an expensive disappointing event.
