Return policy

Good day
Your return policy states that you can return your clothes with the slip but today in Atlantis stores, they cashes talked in front of me as if i was not present. They refused to give the slip back to me. I only returned one item.their reason was that they would know that the items was theirs. If i need to return the others. And they could not make a copy of the slip as the papers gets counted. I should have made i a copy before hand. What a load of rubbish. Their standards are really poor and church music so load you cant talked to staff on the floor if you can find one.

Hope you can address this with the sraff of Atlantis store, in Wesfleur Circle 7349.
