My bag was late afternoon within the valley of the waves 17/11/2013. We were 4 adults and 2 children (2/3 yrs old) without car keys and no money we hanged around in the entertainment area waiting for feedback from security. We were told to wait /- 2 hours they might find the bag, that was at 17:00, when we inquired, they closed at 18:00 and the security manager at valley of the waves phoned us from his cellphone. The info centre closed and a red phone at the entrance was not in a working condition. 2 hours later we decided to make our own plan and arranged for transport back to Pretoria. Until now we have not received and feedback and I did contact them but was transferred numerous times. No one offered us any support during this period. I was totally exposed, no car/house keys no and no money. I expected more from the sun international, although I was only a day visitor.
