Bad service and an insult

I was supposed to have a viewing with JJ this evening. When I called him (ten minutes ahead of the meeting) to get further directions, he did not know who I was and had clearly forgotten the appointment (which had already been shifted from Monday). I told him that I could only find houses 1, 3 and 5 and not number 4. He then gave me further directions and I spent another 15 minutes trying to find number 4.
Now, to start, I am pregnant and not feeling particularly happy in a car. The more we drove, the worse I felt. We eventually stopped and waited to hear from JJ.
We gave up and headed home and while on route received a call from JJ. I told him we weren't interested in his unprofessional manner and were heading home. He continued to protest and I did not wish to repeat myself so I said we were uninterested, thank you for his time and ended the call.
I then received this text: "Thank u are not my client...jj"
Trust me JJ, it is my blessing not yours. Good luck in this market. With your attitude you will be out of business shortly. Also, you might reconsider alienating young clients who would othewise have been a great source for a referal.
