I enquired about two properties via the website and received an e-mail from Melinda Abbey asking if I was able to view one of them the next day. I confirmed, by return e-mail, as she had not provided me with a contact number, that I would view at 5pm the next day and would she please mail me the directions. The e-mail was not responded to but I went to try and find the place at the requested date and time. Unfortunately, not knowing the area well, I couldn't find the complex and obviously, not having a number for her, could not contact her. This morning I mail her to express my disappointment, only to receive this reply "There is a clear map on the Private Property Listing. As I did not access my email and do not do email on my phone I only saw your message this morning. And furthermore, giving directions is only possible if I know where you are coming from. This I only know now. We have let both properties". So if both properties I enquired about had been let, was it not the decent thing to inform me so that I wouldn't waste my time? She is rude and unprofessional and I will NEVER deal with her again!!!
