I placed an order on 27/3/13 Inv 17588695 and paid - on wednesday last week I called to confirm that my order would be delivered that day. From that moment on it was a nightmare!! the driver could not find my work and ended up delivering to my home quite late that night. I found the problem - he does know know Midrand at all and could not speak english - so all my directions I gave him were useless as he did not understand my directions. Please Avon - get other couriers - if this driver is anything to go by you are going to lose clients.
To add to my frustration - all the mothers day leaflets that were in the parcel were incorrectly put together - some the right way up and some upside down - in the same leaflet. I called Avon about it and as usual I got: we will put it in your next order which does not help me at all. I will not give out leaflets that are poor quality.
I also did not receive my Lets Talk - same story. Its a pity that Avon does not care about their image in the market place!
