Unprofessional service

Yesterday I contacted ryno van eeden and requested assistance to have both a top and bottom speaker for my iphone 4 replaced. after numerous back & forth sms'ing he agreed to collect the phone from me this morning between 9 and 10am. I sent him my address via sms.

this morning at 10h10 he sms'ed to say that he could not find my flat. I called him and gave him the directions to my flat again. he gave the excuse that his GPS was not giving the numbers correctly. he said that he would make one last effort, but after 10 minutes he sms'ed to say that he will have to reschedule the repair pick up.

what annoys me is that when I called him to give him the directions, he gave me bad attitude and it was like he was blaming me for the fact that he couldn't find my place. also afterwards I sent him an sms to say that I was very disappointed in his service and I would not recommend anyone to him. he did not even acknowledge the sms or apologise in any way for his unprofessional service.

to top it all - he quoted me almost R1000 for the repair yet when I did further enquiries I found another supplier who can do the same repair for half the price!!! his website address is [URL Removed]
