I am Yolanda Williams and me and my husband bought a house threw pam golding.they sold us the house and that was in 2011 they did not do the check on the property and sold us the house and when we whent to court to get an ivection we found out that there whas a contrac between the persone who sold us the house threw pam golding and his parents in the law that the parents in law can stay in the house for life now what I would like to know is that why did pam golding not contac us and stopped the contrac to protect us because we were there clients why am I now owner of a house witch I am not living in and paying where are pam golding now because they got there money and they are not helping us we are loosing a lot of money every month because we must pay layers, a house witch we are not living in a home witch we are renting and we are even paying the tax on the house where and what can I do because pam golding had a contrac with us saying that as soon as the house is in ouer name we will move in the house are they pam golding not responsible for protecting us seeing that we are there clients and we trusted them
