UNISA material to be couriered by Skynet (UNP3124402). Online status-package dispatched 29/1. No package after a few days-called Skynet, was told that it was on its way. Another couple of days-called Skynet again, told that the driver had left Skynet they did not know who would deliver. Next day, driver called asked for directions to delivery address - I couldn't help but offered to give him gps co-ordinates also gave him company's phone number suggested he call for directions. The call ended suddenly he did not call back. 6/2 from 7:20-received several irate calls from the driver (quite rudely) requesting directions. I explained again that I couldn't help with this, but arranged for someone from the company to call him. Called Skynet to complain about poor service. After irritable unhelpful receptionist, spoke to Patrick, who apologised said he would investigate call back immediately. At close of business, still waiting for both delivery feedback from Patrick. Called the driver, said he didn't get directions in time will only be delivering 07/02 (he did, thank you). I asked him to please make sure of that, I could not accept more delays. He then hung up the phone on me.
