I am assisting my niece with application of a birth certificate, and we went to the Orlande office in July 2012, I have been in and out of the Orlando office on numerous occassions and taking time off my work to attend to this matter and to date I have not had a satisfactory answer or acquired a birth cert for my niece. I called the Orlande office today 06 December 2013 and I spoke to Poppy who tald me that she does not know how it was skipped as they processed all their backlog except this one... who are you bluffing is the system not working according to the ref numbers provided especially after I have queried it so many times.
Today again the 06 December 2013 I phoned the call centre on 0800 601190 and spoke to Mona-Lisa who gave me a case number. Clearly I explain the situation to her and she flat out tells me I will have to call them back in the next 2 - 3 weeks. Why wait for so long for information to be sent via e-mail which is instant unlike post. We requre the ID number to apply for Bursaries... I asked to speak to a Supervisor and I was advised she went to a meeting and Brandon the team leader took the call whith such arrogance and attitude.
