Waiting 6 months for birth certificate

On 29 Aug 2013 I applied for an unabridged birth certificate for my daughter. She is a SA citizen with valid ID and birth certificate. The waiting period is supposed to be 6 weeks max. I paid R 75. To date and after numerous enquiries and phone calls I still have not recieved anything from them. I have called the call centre, opened "cases" and were even given case numbers. But that is where it ends.
