I have awaiting for my unabridged birth certificate since my first application 2013/03/2, to date have not received any documentation and have been calling the call centre number (080 0601190), been given numerous ref #numbers... have called in and requested a manager the contact centre managers are always not taking calls and they advise that they will back and this never happens its been 8 months to date have no unabridged birth certificate ; The last ref number as follows: Ref no # : 13 th dec 2013 new case 1310002014, previous case no: Ref no # : Case number : 1305033006 : I have not received any feedback and I am tired of calling as I am unable to get the document which I have paid fo
