On the 19th of Sept 2012 I applied for an unabridged Married certificate and an unabridged Birth certificate for my son, who wants to apply for a British Passport in London, at the Cullinan office in Pretoria.
By Nov 2012 nothing happened and I phoned the DHA customer service, in which they gave me 2 case numbers and ask me to phone regularly for updates, which I did. Only to hear every time that the documents are still at head office in Pretoria.
By now on the 5th of Aug 2013 I'm desperate about not receiving the documents yet in 11 months. I receive 2 tel .nr at Head office to phone, just to be asked not to phone again because DHA head office is no open to public.
