I had a query re my municipal account for a property I recently bought in Pretoria (or is it Tshwane?..sorry I'm Capetonian). I was pleasantly surprised as I heard horror stories re billing issues in JHB and thought that I would be dealing with the same issues in our capital city. Not only was the response from customer care done in a reasonable amount of time, it made reasonable sense. While my view is that the Cape Town municipality is the best run in the country (speaking of experience), I absolutely want to sing the praises of The City of Tshwane... keep on "Igniting Excellence"!!!
