Sunday times solicit people to subscribe to them knowing very well that they do not have capacity to deliver. I am a subscriber to Sunday times. Since i started dealing with them last year, i have been having problems with late or no delivery at all. If they do deliver, they will bring wrong newspapers. I make calls every week but they are not logged. Last month i received only one edition out of four, yet they deducted the amount for two editions in my account. When i call them, they promise to get back to me which they don't. Their call centre consultants are rude and don't have time to listen. All in all their services. I will not advise anyone to subscribe to them. Try other media houses.
