It now seems to be the norm to receive incomplete Sunday editions. I have been a subscriber since 2011 and was a subscriber to the hand delivered option for many years. The delivery of the hand delivered option was so bad I had no option but to cancel. The e-edition has been sent incomplete, on many occasions, since I first subscribed. This was a regular occurrence in 2011 and early 2012. I complained and the situation seemed to improve. It now seems we are going back to this problem.
The website claims the e-edition is a 100% digital replica of the printed newspaper. Are newspapers on the streets and in shops now also incomplete.
I have been told the problem is in Canada? If this is the case this is your problem and not mine. I pay in South Africa in South African currency. I have read and subscribed to Sunday Times for over 45 years and expect a complete edition of Sunday Times and Times to be delivered.
