I am a subscriber to the Sunday Times for more than 10yrs now. I subscribe specifically for the Sunday Times Extra. For the past 4yrs I have been getting erratic delivery of the Extra supplement or no delivery at all. When my paper does get delivered, it has already been opened and read by the delivery people, hence a newspaper in disarray. For my recent complaints to the Sunday Times about my issues, they reward me with closing my account, because I stopped payment on the debit order for a whole month of no delivery at all or no delivery of the Extra. So it's not enough that we get by the government but we also have to get by the people who bring us the news of all the mayhem. So to with the Sunday Times, I shall purchase the Post to keep up with my community news.
PS: Beware when the Sunday Times tell you that they will debit you for non-delivery- it never happens because nobody can prove it to you upon request.
