I have subscribe for the sunday times to be delivered at my house where by i will also get a free copy of the times to be delivered from Monday to Friday - free.. I only received a copy of Sunday times on 23.06.2013. I never received any Times from Monday 24.06.2013 up to today 05.07.2013. I did not receive the Sunday Times on 30.06.2013. I called their subcription hotline 0860946946 on sunday 30.6.2013 to inform them that i did not receive my copy. i was promised that it will be delivered the same day, and that never happened. I have been calling their hotline the whole week demanding an expalnation of the non delivery. Whenever i call i get a different person with a different story. My bank account was debited in June. I want my refund, their service is bad.
