I subscribe to the Sunday Times. The problem is that I get the early edition that does not have the latest news or the lotto results or the late sports results. The circulation manager a Mr. Sequeira never answers his phone, Mr Callahan called one morning at seven while I was in the bathroom and promised to call back that was two weeks ago I eventually spoke to a lady by the name of Carol who is mr Sequeira's assistant who told me in no uncertain manner that I can take it or leave it. She also said someone will call me back that was Monday morning, I am still waiting for this person to call. I feel that as a subscriber for the past 10 years I am entitled to receive the edition of my choice which is the Late edition. It seems to me that I will have to move to Sandton to achieve that. The Sunday Times has the worst customer service. I think they are being towards the townships in the south of Johannesburg
