One would think that given the competition newspapers face from internet media that delivery of the product would enjoy some priority. Obviously this is not the case. We subscribe and are supposed to get the Times on weekdays and the Sunday Times on Sunday. We consider ourselves lucky if we get one delivery per week. Today again no paper. Every time I phone I get the same message, "your complaint will be escalated", but nothing changes. Pathetic.
