I'm a Sunday Times Subscriber and have been for a few years now and have never missed my payments. I have a problem with the person who is contracted by Sunday Times for delivery of my newspaper. He/She doesn't deliver my newspaper as it should be. Some days he/she doesn't deliver at all. Every time There's a non-delivery I call the Sunday Times to complain but this does not resolve the problem. The problem occurs almost once or twice every month. Sometimes I don't call to complain. But for the number of times I have complained, Sunday Times failed to address the issue. On Sunday the 13th of January 2013, I did not receive my paper, my husband reported the matter to Sunday times and they sent me an SMS to confirm receipt of the complain. An hour and a half passed and called again and they promised me that they will advise the distribution manager, the day passed to no avail. My Neighbour also subscribes and she received her paper. I really have run out of options since Sunday Times does not address the issue as required and they have never refunded me of all the newspapers that were not delivered. My last option will be to cancel this subscription. Please help:-(
