I'm complaining on behalf of mrs Elsie Mokoena, who has been paying a monthly subscription fee ever since she subscribed to sunday times newspaper. The paper was initially delivered as promised however in August 2012 the paper stopped being delivered to her and she has not received it ever since, she was also supposed to get The Times and Sowetan newspaper delivered to her during the weekdays but that has not happened.she is really concerned because every month they debit her money but to no avail, it seems she's working at a loss for me and a gain for them.please assist her in this matte
