I made a payment to my account, and it is not showing on my statement. I cannot even reach a member of Vodacom Accounts Division.

Why is this the case? A multi-billion rand company has no line to their accounts department. Your service is shocking. Maybe get Mr. Shameel Joosub to call me - I know him personally.
