Frans Booysen

My package was upgraded with a new handset in Oct 2018. After 2 years the handset was paid off, but the package kept on increasing every year to the latest bill being R990 for a SIM only contract!!!
This is absolutely absurd and Daylight robbery.
I insist that my package costs be rectified and a credit posted to my account within 7 days. I am sure the NCC would like to see this absurd billing over the past few years.
