I just had a look at my credit report which I don't normally do but upon inspection of my report, it is shown that VODACOM DID AN ENQUIRY (CREDIT CHECK) ON MY NAME! Firstly, I do not even have Vodacom as my service provider, I did not ask for any contract or any services from Vodacom AT ALL. I want proof that I did a credit application with Vodacom because I KNOW that I never opted for anything with the provider. It is pathetic that one of their employees actually went and did a credit check on my name without my consent, it is also evident that control are low. This is my name we talking about, MY record! I want to know who performed a credit check and Vodacom must give me answers as to Transunion shows that they did a credit check on my name (on 11/06/2012 the number on my report to contact Vodacom is 011 546 4826). I WANT ANSWERS! I will not leave this to rest. This is highly disappointing and pathetic.
