I bought the 'Samsung Note II LTE' from Metro Home hyper, Vodaworld, Midrand, Johannesburg, Gauteng on 7th Feb (Apx).

The handset is giving hard time like 'Network issues' (Not switching from LTE to backward), Freezing and couple of other issues. I used hand set for 3 days and return to Metro on 11th Feb. By12th Feb they resolved issues and confirmed hand set is good. After collecting the hand set Couple noticed network issues were not resolved. I returned the hand set on 13th evening by 4pm. The concerned technician confirmed there are no issues with Hand Set.

I used this handset for couple of days and then escalated issues. They kept for short time (not even 30min) and then return the hand set with defect free. The issues/defects are inconsistence and it can't be raised in particular time.

Metro Home hyper confirmed they can't help us. I spoke to Vodacom representative (kiosk at vodaworld) (I don't know her name- 15/02/2013- 5PM). Her questions were too stupidity. Just Vodacom hired unskilled persons for only arguments. It was too upset for me. I will make sure I will never never never go to Vodacom prepaid/ post paid. I will make sure will never recommend for any
