Update of Credit STatus on Credit Bureau

I have a contract with Vodacom which had multiple lines on it. All but one lines contracts has expired. To date my remaining account averages R350 per month. However I ave listed on the credit bureau that my oustanding balance is R1886 since 11/2011 and that last payment made to Vodacom was in 11/2011.

It is not factuallry correct that my last account balance is R1886 and that the last payment was made in Nov 2011. My last payment was around R349 and that was made last month. Oustanding on the account is R399.

The Vodacom listing is distorting my Total Montlhy Exposure as calculated by the credit bureaus and my payment profile. It currenly looks like I am not paying my monthly obligations to Vodacom.

Please note that my other credit providers, MTN (Yes) and Insurance do update my credit profile every month.

Lastly, my main reason of not renewing or taking new contracts with Vodacom is bad customer service. Tihs morning I spoke to Prepaid call centre, Contracts and Collects. Every one of them passes the buck. Collections wanted me to speak to the Credit Bureau and said something about National Credit Act.

I simply want my credit profile to reflect the current status.
