My box was tampered with and goods were .the box was opened by and employee of bigfoot and then resealed.when the box was delivered it was sealed.only once I opened it did I notice that 5 items were and the box was sealed with clear tape from the sender and then reseled by a piece of brown tape by the employee ( ) of bigfoot. Bigfoot refused my claim. They will rather let work for them.the staff @ durban branch has " no care" attitudes. Their service. Its like no one there was even a slight bit concerned about what happened. I would never support / use them ever again. Not only for the but because of the way they handled the situation.
